Golden Opportunity Almost being sold into slavery by Maldy's treachery was shameful, although not entirely unexpected. Being able to provide his comeuppance was reward enough, however. After overthrowing the old blowhard, it didn't take much incentive for Mida to join the Horde, what with the battle on the island. The Alliance soldiers there didn't hesitate much when they saw something with green skin, even though they could tell the difference between Goblins and Orcs. Perhaps they thought that with Thrall's capture, the Horde would pay a king's ransom if he was returned, and money in general perks up a Goblin's ears, not to mention a king's ransom.
